1. Consultations

  • If you require assistance with marketing, creative direction, or have specific project details to discuss before booking, you can schedule a consultation.
  • Consultations allow us to align your vision with the best design strategy for your brand.

2. Turnaround Time

  • Most design services require a 1-7 business day turnaround time, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee; please inquire before booking.

3. Revisions & Edits

  • Each service includes a set number of revisions (specified in the service details).
    Additional revisions may require an extra fee.
  • Any changes requested after final files have been delivered will be treated as a new project and subject to additional charges.

4. Payment & Refund 

  • All services must be paid in full before work begins.
  • Due to the nature of digital design services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • If you need modifications after project completion, additional fees may apply.

5. File Delivery

  • Final design files will be delivered in the agreed-upon format(s) (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, or vector files if applicable).
  • Source files may be available for purchase if not included in the service package.

6. Copyright & Usage

  • All designs are created for the client's personal or business use only.
  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim the design as their own.
  • If stock images or licensed elements are used in the design, proper licensing terms must be followed.

7. Communication & Support

 

• All project communications will take place via email, phone, or scheduled consultation calls.

 

• Please provide clear and prompt feedback to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery.
